  • Overseas Entries: USD 700 (inclusive of all taxes)
    No discounts applicable for overseas entries

  • 2014 / 2013 / 2012 Participants – 10%
  • 2014 North-West QualTech Participants – 10%
  • 5+ Projects (from a single BU) – 10%
  • Discounts are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined.
Project Cancellations
  • No Refund for Early Bird Registrations
  • Before 30 Jun - 25% of the project fee
  • Between 01 & 15 Jul - 50% of the project fee
  • Between 16 & 30 Jul - 75% of the project fee
  • After 31 Jul - 100% of the project fee
Project Substitutions
Project substitutions can be made at any time before the deadline (email required)
Kindly seek management clearance before registering your projects.
