BestPrax Club
The BestPrax Club was established in 2007, by Suresh Lulla. BestPrax is the Indian member of the Global Benchmarking Network (GBN). GBN was founded by Dr Robert Camp, the Benchmarking Guru, in 1994.
The mission of BestPrax Club is to enable member organizations to accelerate achievement of Performance Excellence.
This is facilitated by:
- harvesting Best Practices resident in an organization
- recognizing these Best Practices at the BestPrax Conclave
- trading Best Practices amongst the members of BestPrax Club
